The 2014 women's outdoor track & field all-Midwest Collegiate Conference honors have been announced following the MCC Outdoor Championships that were held in Des Moines last month.

All-MCC awards are given to all athletes finishing in the top three in individual events and in the top two in a relay event.  Honorable-mention awards also go to any other athletes meeting the NAIA's qualifying standard who were not already named all-MCC in their event.

24 Grand View women earned MCC All-Conference recognition.

Val Veiock was named MCC Field Athlete of the Year.  Veiock, who took home her third AOY honor, won the shot put and discus events in addition to placing third in the hammer throw and seventh in the javelin for a total of 28 points for the Vikings.
