Oskaloosa--Alex Edwards (Jr., Knoxville, Iowa, Secondary Education) took a bit longer to qualify than he would have liked, but his performance to get to the big stage was so impressive it netted him Midwest Collegiate Conference Men's Track Athlete of the Week accolades Monday.
