Senior Devon Jensen (Underwood, Iowa) had one last chance to qualify for nationals in the shot put today at the Wartburg Invitational in Waverly. Prior to today's meet, Jensen's best throw this season was 11.86m. Determined to get to the NAIA Indoor Championship in her final season, Jensen put out three national qualifying throws, including a lifetime best toss of 13.06m which is an NAIA ‘A' standard mark.

Jensen will represent Grand View at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships February 28-March 2 in Geneva, Ohio.
