The 2012-2013 women's indoor track & field all-Midwest Collegiate Conference honors have been announced following the MCC Indoor Championships that were recently held in Sterling, Ill. on February 9.

All-MCC awards are given to all athletes finishing in the top three in individual events, in the top two in a relay event, as well as to the top two performers in the heptathlon and racewalk (if applicable). Honorable-mention awards also go to any other athletes meeting the NAIA's qualifying standard who were not already named all-MCC in their event.
