Viking junior Holly Anthony (Morongo Valley, Calif.) placed third overall in the MCC heptathlon competition winning the final event of the competition, the 800m run, in a time of 2:40.32.  Anthony tallied 3,730 points over the two-day competition and surpassed the NAIA minimum national qualifying mark of 3,700 points in the process. She earned six team points for Grand View heading into the MCC Championships on May 3-4. Jenna Higgins of Mount Mercy won the heptathlon title with a score of 4,513 points.
