The University of Northern Iowa track and field program is set to compete at the 2015 NCAA Division I Track and Field West Preliminary Round May 28-30 in Austin, Texas.

Senior Holly Salzbrenner has been named to the 2014-15 Capital One Academic All-District Women's Track and Field Team, it was announced this week. Salzbrenner received first-team honors in District 6.

The University of Northern Iowa track and field program was honored today with 15 student-athletes being named to the 2015 Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete team.

The University of Northern Iowa track and field program took home four individual titles and several all-conference honors today, closing out a successful MVC Outdoor Championship meet. The men finished in third place overall while the women placed fifth.

The University of Northern Iowa swept the multi-events during day two of the MVC Outdoor Championships, winning both the decathlon and the heptathlon.
