Following a national qualifying performance at the Central Dutch Athletics over the weekend, senior Jena Krebs (Washington, Iowa) has been voted as this week's MCC Women's Field Athlete of the Week.

Krebs won her first award of the season after winning the weight throw with a toss 17.13m, an NAIA 'A' mark that is currently second in the nation. She also placed second in the shot put with a mark of 12.43m.

The Vikings compete this Saturday at the Wartburg Triangular in Waverly.
